Promotion Name:  TCAM Free Trial Promotion

​

• TCAM Subscription charges are waived for the first 90 days. 
  ​

• TelCloud's Salesforce Certified Administrators from VALiNTRY will:
  ​

  • Install the app, complete the standard configuration, and provide documentation and two hours of User training.
    ​

  • If you are not completely happy with how TCAM performs, we will cancel the agreement with no further cost or obligation to you.
     

  • There is a minimum of three users on a one-year term for TCAM Free Trial Promotion.​​​

Promotion Name: TCAM or Easy Commissions RPM Migration Promotion

• Subscription charges are waived for the first 90 days. 
   

  • If you are not completely happy with how TCAM performs, we will cancel the agreement with no further cost or obligation to you.

• TelCloud's Salesforce Certified Administrators from VALiNTRY will:

 

• Install the app, complete the standard configuration, and provide documentation and one hour of User training for each User license purchased.  

​

• Prepare your Production or Sandbox org for the Migration of legacy RPM Telco data

​​

• Utilize a Custom Salesforce tool that will automatically move your RPM Data into the correct Salesforce objects and fields.

​

• After you provide us the exported RPM data.  We will:
   

  • Upload all RPM data to the appropriate org creating Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and any other objects needed to ensure all data is loaded, properly linked, and fully operational.
     

  • Implement the commission structures you use so that you are able to import commissions from all Suppliers and/or Master Agents, process those imported Commission records ensuring that you have been paid exactly what you are owed by each.  And allowing you to pay commissions, spiffs, bonuses, whatever, to each of your direct reps and/or Agents.
     

  • Set up automated Flows to automate the Lead, Quote, Close, Order/Implement, Support, and Commission processes.
     

  • Provide one-hour of user training for each license purchased.

​Customer Requirements

• The Setup Fee for Easy Commissions is a one-time charge of $1000.00 payable at the time of the order.

  • Note:  If you cancel in the 90-day window, the setup fee is not reimbursed.

• The Setup Fee for TCAM is a one-time charge of $4000.00 payable at the time of the order.

  • Note:  If you cancel in the 90-day window, the setup fee is not reimbursed.

• There is a minimum of five user licenses on a three year term for the TCAM or Easy Commissions RPM Migration Promotion
