I am an experienced business leader with a demonstrated history of success in the technology industry. Personally, I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband, father of three, and grandfather of five. 

 

Concerning business, I have over twenty years of Salesforce experience as a user, administrator and developer.

 

I hold four Salesforce Certifications as of September 2022:

• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

• Salesforce Certified Administrator

• Salesforce Certified Associate

• Salesforce Trailblazer Double Star (2x) Ranger with over 200 awarded badges and over 100,000 points.

 

I began designing Apps for Salesforce.com in 2011 and have been the Lead Developer for numerous AppExchange published and private Apps. 

 

More important than the technical expertise, however, is my ability to determine how technology can be applied in a manner that benefits customers, users, and suppliers alike.

I have over thirty years of experience in Telecommunication, Cloud Services, and Application Development. This includes sixteen years in Carrier Sales Management with Sprint, MCI, MCI Worldcom, and Windstream. I spent twelve years of my career as the founder and CEO of a large national telecom and cloud services agency, Outreach Technology.

I brought Outreach Technology from inception to the INC 5000 for three straight years - 2010, 2011, and 2012, before I sold the company in early 2013.

 

I have spent the years since as President & CEO of Salesforce.com ISV Partner TelCloud LLC. TelCloud develops applications running on Salesforce.com that provide telecom and insurance carriers and their agents quoting and commission processing via API integration to multiple channel partners and underlying carriers, directly within Salesforce.com.
