MediaPulse Connector
The TelCloud MediaPulse Connector app allows the user to connect their Salesforce org to their MediaPulse account.
MediaPulse records are created by a user-definable set of criteria, that when met, create the new MediaPulse record within Salesforce.
Upon creation of the new MediaPulse record, a callout is made from Salesforce to MediaPulse. This callout establishes the connection between Salesforce and MediaPulse.
Once connected the Salesforce data is sent to the MediaPulse server, where a new record is created. In so doing the MediaPulse Connector then allows for creation of new MediaPulse Projects, Jobs, Job Types, etc.
In addition to creating new MediaPulse records, it also retrieves updated records from MediaPulse on a scheduled basis, typically once nightly as a batch. Or it can be set to retrieve the modified data more frequently if desired.
